Terms of service

Terms, stated plainly.

The pilot terms are the part most people are reading for, so they come first.

The pilot

A pilot covers one service and one reporting period at a fixed fee. The fee is credited against year one if you continue. If you do not, you keep every proof produced during the pilot and the verifier that checks them.

What a proof asserts

A proof asserts that the stated claim held over the stated population under the calibration named inside it. It does not certify that the calibration is the correct one for your obligation — that is a supervisory judgement — and it is not a regulatory approval, an audit opinion, or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

You supply the data and the thresholds, and you keep the signing keys. We cannot recover a key you lose, and a proof made with a compromised key is not evidence of anything.

Availability

Verification requires nothing from us — a bundle verifies offline, indefinitely. Any hosted component is offered without an uptime guarantee unless one is written into a signed agreement.

Governing terms

Where a signed agreement exists it takes precedence over this page. For anything not covered, write to [email protected].

Prove Everything. Reveal Nothing.

One day. One proof. You decide what comes next.
